Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia
As part of our studies, we are offering cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi). CBTi is a psychological therapy that is considered the gold-standard for the treatment of chronic insomnia. These therapies are delivered by advanced graduate students or licensed psychologists supervised by Dr. Gouin.
