Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia

As part of our studies, we are offering cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi). CBTi is a psychological therapy that is considered the gold-standard for the treatment of chronic insomnia. These therapies are delivered by advanced graduate students or licensed psychologists supervised by Dr. Gouin. Please contact, if you are interested in participating in our treatment studies.
